Are you an experienced Administrator with strong Excel skills?

My client a wonderful family-owned business is now seeking a superstar to support their sales function.

This position can also be offered on a four-day basis. As well as a fun and positive working environment, other benefits include 25days holiday, gifts for your birthday/anniversaries, free parking, cycle to work scheme and lots of additional training where required.

You will also need to a dog lover as their pooch is a regular visitor to the office.

Role duties

• Managing incoming sales calls and customer enquiries
• Forwarding customer issues to the relevant team member
• Managing CRM database and updating with relevant information
• Processing orders
• Upkeep of sales data on Excel and maintaining sales dashboards
• Raising invoices
• Forwarding quotes to customers
• All supporting office administration
• Any other ad hoc duties as required.

Skills needed.

• Strong and effective communication skills
• Good MS Office – especially Excel
• A positive and upbeat personality
• Strong self-motivation and bags of initiative
• Flexible in approach
• High attention to details and accuracy
