GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a family run business located in Tewkesbury. We are currently recruiting for a Sales Office Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a customer service role focused on taking and processing orders from an existing customer base (inbound calls and emails, no cold calling), ensuring every order is accurate, on time and supported by outstanding service.
This is a full-time, office based, permanent position working 40 hours per week, five days, across Monday–Saturday, offering a salary of £39,700.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Office/Customer Service Manager (ideally in FMCG / food & drink) with a track record of managing teams.
