The successful Sales Negotiator/Valuer will be offered:
- 28 Days Holiday (Inc. Bank Holidays)
- 5 Day Work Week - (Saturdays on a rota system)
- Depending on experience - A basic salary and Commission structure to be agreed.
Working Hours:
- Mondays - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00
- Saturday’s - 09:00 - 16:00
To be considered for the Sales Negotiator/Valuer Role you must have:
- Ability to work within a team
- Ambition and self-motivated
- Full UK Driving License
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency
As a Sales Negotiator/Valuer, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Successfully Negotiating offers
- Calling out new properties to potential buyers
- Marketing updates to Vendors
- Attending and booking Viewings
- Booking Market Appraisals
- Relaying post-viewing feedback
- Carrying out property valuations
- Writing up property brochures
