Our client, a reputable estate agency based in Greenwich, is looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join their vibrant team. This role offers an excellent chance for someone eager to develop a successful career in property sales within one of London’s most sought-after areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and qualify incoming property inquiries from potential buyers
- Conduct property viewings and present properties to prospective clients
- Build rapport with buyers and identify their specific needs
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to close sales effectively
- Manage sales progression from offer acceptance to completion, coordinating with all parties involved
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, solicitors, and mortgage advisors
- Keep accurate records on the CRM system and provide regular updates on the sales pipeline
- Contribute to team goals and participate in office initiatives
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in estate agency or property sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and within a team
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle
- Flexibility to work alternating Saturdays
