Your Role as a Sales Negotiator:

• Build strong relationships with clients and handle enquiries with professionalism
• Conduct property viewings, showcasing premium homes to prospective buyers
• Manage client records and feedback using internal systems
• Market new listings across various platforms with creativity and precision
• Negotiate offers and close deals, ensuring the best outcomes for all parties
• Maintain accurate administrative records to support smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in an estate agency sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, driven attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment
• Strong IT skills and attention to detail
• Professional presentation and a confident manner
• Reliable, punctual, and well-organised
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
