Salary: Up to £28,000 - £30,000 basic | OTE: £40,000

• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator, ideally within the local property market.
• Confident negotiator with a natural flair for sales.

• Professional, well-spoken, and presentable at all times.
• Strong knowledge of the Bardsey/West Yorkshire area.
