Job Title: Sales Negotiator

Location: Coleshill is their main office, & Lichfield is their other. Ideally someone who lives in-between

Salary: £25,000 basic

Realistic OTE: Up to £37,000

This hybrid position allows you to work from home, with Saturdays (9am–4pm) always from home and a day off in lieu when worked. You’ll mainly be based in Coleshill, but occasional travel to the Lichfield branch may be required. making this role perfect for someone based between the two locations. You will not be required to work in branch on days when you do not have viewing or appointments, instead you can work from home. 

With a clear progression path, including the option to train as a Valuer and, in time, the potential to manage your own branch, this opportunity is for someone hungry, motivated, and eager to build a career – not just take another job.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Arranging and conducting viewing appointments
• Liaising with buyers and vendors
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales
• Organizing and attending market appraisal appointments
• Meeting and exceeding set targets
• General sales administration

Skills & Attributes Required:

• Experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency (1–2 years ideal)
• Target-driven with a desire to exceed expectations
• Personable, approachable, and able to quickly build rapport
• Articulate, confident, and professional in both manner and appearance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and ambitious
• Full UK driving license
