Sales Negotiator - Property Personnel : Job Details

Our client is a successful, privately-owned estate agency with departments in sales, lettings, property management and new homes. They are currently looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their thriving team in their Ashford office.

In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate:

• Experience within residential estate agency
• Excellent face to face customer service skills
• The motivation to succeed
• Previous negotiating experience
• A confident and professional manner
• Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity
• Well presented
• Full clean UK driving licence

This position will come with a basic salary of up to £28,000, plus commission giving realistic on target earnings in the region of an attractive £50,000 to £60,000! A car allowance will be provided, or there is a pooled car available at the office.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm. You will only be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.
