Sales Negotiator – Join a Market-Leading Estate Agency!

Are you passionate about property and driven by results? A market-leading estate agency is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team!

As a Sales Negotiator, the successful candidate will:

• Register new applicants and manage a database of buyers
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate sales between vendors and buyers
• Progress sales from offer through to completion
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
• Every other Saturday: 9:00am – 2:00pm
• On weeks where a Saturday is worked, you'll finish early at 12:30pm on the Wednesday or Thursday – giving you valuable balance ?

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive and target-driven attitude
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Strong local knowledge of the property market
