Sales Negotiator - Harbourne Associates : Job Details

**We’re Hiring: Sales Negotiator**

We’re looking for someone confident, proactive, and good with people to join our internal sales team as a Sales Negotiator. If you enjoy speaking to customers, supporting a busy sales office, and being at the heart of the action, this could be the right fit.

You’ll be working closely with both the internal and external sales teams helping drive sales, following up leads, generating new ones, and making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

• Supporting sales activity across the team helping hit targets and keep things moving

• Taking calls, handling email enquiries, and creating quotes for customers

• Keeping records up to date and making sure pricing and customer info is accurate

• Cold calling and following up leads (you’ll need to be comfortable picking up the phone)

• Joining external sales or management on customer visits (usually once a month)

• Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to make sure customers get the best service

• Jumping in to help with holiday cover when needed (sometimes at another depot we’ll always give you notice)

• Some experience in sales or a sales support role (ideally in a similar sector)

• A confident communicator who’s not afraid to ask questions or chase things up

• Someone organised, detail-focused, and comfortable using sales systems

• A team player who’s hands-on and keen to learn

• A self-starter who can spot opportunities and follow through
