Sales Negotiator – Chelmsford

I’m currently partnered with a thriving independent Estate Agency here in Chelmsford, Essex - a business that’s making waves by delivering exceptional service to the community. Due to rocketing company growth, they’re expanding their core team and looking for a Sales Negotiator (Senior level also available).

Salary Package:

Base: £22,000 - £28,000

OTE: £50,000 - £60,000+

The Role:

As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be at the heart of the action, helping people find their perfect home and supporting vendors every step of the way. Your day will be varied and rewarding, including:

• Identifying and engaging with buyers and sellers across multiple channels

• Arranging and conducting property viewings, showcasing key features

• Negotiating offers and securing successful sales

• Managing listings, marketing, and client communications

• Building strong, lasting relationships with vendors and purchasers

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator

• Driven, proactive, and hungry for success

• Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Passionate about property

• Full UK driving licence
