As the Sales & Membership Consultant, you’ll play a key role in growing the membership base while delivering exceptional service to prospective and existing members. You'll be a brand ambassador from the very first interaction driving engagement, creating lasting impressions and helping build a vibrant member community.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new membership sales through energetic outreach and exceptional service
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement engaging membership campaigns
- Conduct inspiring tours and sign-up sessions with potential members
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with members
- Use membership software (EZ Runner) to manage enquiries, run reports and track leads
- Respond proactively to member feedback and deliver excellent follow-up
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience (fitness industry a bonus but not essential)
- A positive, proactive, and target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/membership systems
- Flexibility to work weekends and across varied shifts
- A team player with a motivating presence and professional attitude
