You'll be joining a forward thinking business that values innovation, professional development and work/life balance with a four day working week! Key Responsibilities as Sales and Marketing Manager include:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to provide tailored client solutions
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
• Manage and optimise the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to refine strategies
• Create marketing materials and execute campaigns including trade shows, webinars and online advertising
• Manage export processes and maintain accurate records
• Analyse sales and marketing data to measure effectiveness and adjust plans accordingly
• Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market insights

 Experience & Skills Required:

• Sales and marketing experience essential, preferably in engineering or manufacturing
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing techniques
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office 365
• Willingness to travel as needed

 You will receive a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum plus a performance based bonus.
