Job Description :

The Role:

  • Responsible bringing in new clients and developing deeper relationships with existing clients.
  • Helping grow the pipeline of clients in the Italian/Lugano and supporting with efforts in the UK and Switzerland.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior members of the sales team.
  • Establish and foster partnerships and deepen relationships with existing clients.
  • Striving to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty 
  • Work in conjunction with the product team to help optimise the current fund offering and bring ideas for new areas of growth
  • Work collaboratively across the teams - including marketing, operations, product and executive team.

Requirements

  • Strong academic background
  • Strong, demonstrable experience within a sales function in asset management including working with institutional investors and wholesale investors.
  • Broad asset class knowledge, ideally with liquid alternatives or hedge fund experience, with private markets a bonus.
  • You are able to work on multiple tasks and manage unforeseen urgencies 
  • You have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work with teams across a range of departments
