Job Description :
The Role:
- Responsible bringing in new clients and developing deeper relationships with existing clients.
- Helping grow the pipeline of clients in the Italian/Lugano and supporting with efforts in the UK and Switzerland.
- Mentoring and coaching junior members of the sales team.
- Establish and foster partnerships and deepen relationships with existing clients.
- Striving to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Work in conjunction with the product team to help optimise the current fund offering and bring ideas for new areas of growth
- Work collaboratively across the teams - including marketing, operations, product and executive team.
Requirements
- Strong academic background
- Strong, demonstrable experience within a sales function in asset management including working with institutional investors and wholesale investors.
- Broad asset class knowledge, ideally with liquid alternatives or hedge fund experience, with private markets a bonus.
- You are able to work on multiple tasks and manage unforeseen urgencies
- You have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work with teams across a range of departments
