Sales Manager - The Pre Loved Car Company Ltd : Job Details

We are looking for a Car Sales Manager to join our dynamic dealership team. You’ll be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service and aftercare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full sales process, from customer enquiry to vehicle handover
• Exceed sales targets and drive the sales forwards
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience at every stage
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Monitor and report on sales performance and productivity
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth dealership operations
• Maintain high standards of vehicle presentation and forecourt display

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in car sales, and proven success in previous sales roles
• A strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous management experience in a sales environment would be preferred
• High levels of motivation, energy, and a customer-first mindset
• A team player
• Full UK driving licence
• A positive can do attitude is a must

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Location: Manningtree, Essex

Salary: Competitive Commission Benefits

Contract Type: Full-Time

Monday- Saturday (5 days per week, 1 day off per week- must be able to commit to working Saturdays)
