Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Grow the branch’s market share and property portfolio
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Conduct regular team meetings, 1:1s, and performance reviews
- Implement and monitor strategic plans to support business growth
- Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance are maintained
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of experience in estate agency sales and property valuations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- A results-driven mindset with a strong track record of hitting targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (insured for business use)
- Legal right to work in the UK
