- Motivate a team of Delegate Sales Executives to hit revenue targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive delegate attendance and growth
- Own the full sales cycle for high-value delegate bookings, prospect, pitch, close
- Identify and penetrate new market segments through proactive outreach
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and partnerships to align messaging
- Monitor performance metrics, pipeline health, and sales tools effectiveness
- Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews to boost team capability
- Represent the brand at key events and industry functions
