Sales Manager – Life Sciences
A fast-growing biotech company is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand its global customer base for their current stable of products. This role focuses on inside sales, lead generation, and customer engagement within the biopharma and bioprocessing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement prospecting strategies and campaigns
- Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline using Hubspot
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Deliver compelling product pitches and gather customer feedback
- Track and report on sales performance
Requirements
- Degree in biology, biochemistry, or related Life Sciences field
- Experience of inside sales, across life sciences
- Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot)
- Willingness to travel (~30% UK/EU)
