Sales Manager - FMC Talent : Job Details

Our client, the market leader in dental implants, is looking for someone to assume the Territory Manager role and grow their implant systems portfolio across the North, UK.

The roleAt its base, this role revolves around achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration across the North. You will promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through customisable business proposals. Other responsibilities include:

• Making phone calls, virtual meetings and in-person visits to existing and prospective customers
• Developing clear and written proposals for customers
• Analysing territory potential and determining its value
• Creating and managing a customer value plan
• Delivering oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential
• Keeping on top of marker conditions, competitive activities and promotional trends

The requirementsMinimum 2 years of experience within a dental or medical sales position, as well as…

• Sales driven with a hunter mentality
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable in a customer-facing position
• Track record within a direct commercial position, clinical or customer-facing role
• Able to analyse data and generate reports on metrics defined by management
• Results-driven self-starter, entrepreneurial and can-do mentality
• Team player, motivational and personable
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite applications
• Valid driver's license

This is a field-based role which will require travel on a day-to-day basis.
