As a Sales Manager, you will provide guidance, support and motivation to attain individual and team goals. This role requires a dynamic individual with a good background in sales, account management and marketing, capable of developing and executing innovative plans for revenue targets.

In your first few weeks in this Sales & Marketing Manager role, you can expect to:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate target markets and propel growth within existing customers to achieve sales goals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and market research
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers to push customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Lead, Coach and mentor the sales team to optimize performance, productivity and professional development
• Set clear sales targets, KPIs and metrics for the team, and monitor performance against goals, taking corrective actions as needed

This role requires an individual with an excellent background in sales, account management and marketing, capable of developing and executing innovative plans to achieve revenue targets. Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in a senior sales role with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, market trends, and customer behaviour
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability
