What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conducting property valuations and securing new instructions
• Building strong relationships with vendors and potential clients
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Promoting the agency’s services and maintaining a strong local presence
• Contributing to the growth and success of the sales department
• Meeting and exceeding performance targets
• Working collaboratively with your team to deliver results

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in estate agency sales
• Demonstrated success in listing and instruction winning
• Excellent customer service and telephone sales skills
• Smart, professional appearance with confident communication
• Highly motivated and ambitious personality
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
• Familiarity with Hornchurch and surrounding areas is an advantage
• Full UK driving license and access to a car is essential
