Sales Lister

Location: South Kensington

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10 am - 4 pm)

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE, £5,000 Car Allowance, enhanced commission scheme

We are looking for a Sales Lister to join our successful team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing property listings, delivering outstanding customer service, and exceeding targets in a competitive market. You should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, an in-depth knowledge of the local property market, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Sales Manager in the day-to-day operations of the office.
• Conducting market appraisals and property valuations.
• Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients.
• Managing clients' expectations and surpassing them through exceptional service.
• Negotiating effectively with all parties involved to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Ensuring the highest level of service throughout the client experience.
