What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing residential property sales and lettings from instruction to completion
• Conducting property viewings for buyers and tenants
• Generating new business through proactive prospecting and networking
• Negotiating deals and preparing contracts
• Maintaining excellent customer service and client communication
• Managing property listings, valuations, and marketing
• Achieving individual and team sales and lettings targets

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Graduate or equivalent qualification
• Strong interest in a career in property sales and lettings
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Well-presented and professional with a persuasive manner
• High level of customer service
• Exceptional telephone manner
• Knowledge of the London property market (advantageous)
