Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Location: Chelmsford, Kelvedon, Colchester, Sudbury, Frinton

Salary: Competitive + Commission (Dependent on experience)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Licence/Certification: Full UK Driving Licence (required)

Reed in Colchester are delighted to be supporting our client seeking a Sales and Lettings Negotiator. This mobile role covers multiple offices across Essex and Suffolk, offering a dynamic work environment ideal for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and engaging with people. You will have the opportunity to work across both residential sales and lettings in a fast-moving property environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Carry out property viewings and negotiate sales and rental agreements
• Work across multiple offices depending on business needs
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors to facilitate smooth transactions
• Maintain CRM records and ensure all documentation is up to date
• Provide exemplary support to all offices in Chelmsford, Kelvedon, Colchester, Sudbury, and Frinton
• Deliver excellent customer service at every stage of the process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in estate agency (sales or lettings) preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in working independently across different locations
• Good local knowledge of the Essex/Suffolk property market is desirable
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
