As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an additional ambitious and motivated Property Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team.

The Role

This is a dual-role position offering the opportunity to work across both the sales and lettings sides of the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in negotiating deals, conducting viewings, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct viewings for sales and rental properties
  • Register and qualify new applicants, matching them to suitable properties
  • Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and landlords/vendors
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking
  • Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the process
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
  • Assist with property listings, photography, and marketing where required
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of applicants and properties
About You

We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, professional, and confident, with a passion for deals, property and excellent people skills.

Essential:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Well-organised with the ability to multitask
  • Target-driven and commercially aware
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred, but not essential depending on territory)

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a property sales or lettings role
  • Experience using a related CRM software (e.g., Alto, Reapit)

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday rota: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (with day off in lieu)

Salary : 18000 - 60000
