Location: London, SE1

Salary: OTE £60k Uncapped

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A keen, self-motivated, dynamic and conscientious Sales & Lettings Manager is required to join a highly professional estate agency with offices in the Waterloo, SE1.

The perfect candidate will have an excellent track record in the Residential Sales and / or lettings industry, be a superb lister and business builder and understand about customer service and the importance of retaining and maintaining relationships with clients.

You will be proactive, articulate and well-presented and well-spoken and capable of dealing with properties across a broad price spectrum.

You should also have some previous experience at a managerial level and understand about managing and motivating your team. Having said that, the company may consider an aspiring Assistant Sales / Lettings Manager who has the right attitude and experience and feels ready to step up to a new challenge!

Skills: The skills required for this Sales & Lettings Manager (Residential Estate Agent) role will include:

• Previous experience as a Sales and / or Lettings Manager or Assistant Sales and / or Lettings Manager
• Listing and instruction winning experience
• Ability to build strong business relationships
• Focused to lead and motivate a team
• Able to win new business
• Full UK driving license required
• Local knowledge of the London market preferred
