Sales Ledger & Credit Controller - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Your new companyHays are working exclusively with a superb business who are looking for an experienced Sales Ledger & credit control Clerk to join their team based in North Wolverhampton. Your new roleYou will work closely with the Finance Manager in a small finance team and take responsibility for the invoicing and credit control. Duties will include:

• Producing invoices
• Posting & allocating cash
• Proactively chasing outstanding debts
• Resolving queries and problems
• Credit checks
• Assisting within the finance team with other accounting tasks when required
• Using Sage and Excel

What you'll need to succeedYou should be an experienced sales ledger and credit control clerk, who is able to pick up new systems and procedures with ease. You will need to be an excellent communicator who works well within a small team, is methodical, accurate and analytical.What you'll get in returnThis is a great opportunity to work for a small, friendly team where you will take full responsibility for credit control and invoicing and be able to make a real impact on this function.
