Sales Ledger Clerk - Elevation Recruitment Group : Job Details

Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in the Rotherham area as they look to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk into their team on a full time, permanent basis. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Raising of the Company’s sales invoices and credit notes
• Ensuring the above invoices are accurate with regards to date, quantity, value, details, currency, analysis and VAT treatment
• Ensuring the above invoices conform to customers specific requirements
• Ensure cash is collected in a timely manner
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of VAT legislation relevant to the sales ledger function
• Credit card reconciliations

Person Specification:

• Previous experience within a Sales Ledger environment
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel 
• Able to work as part of a team
