Job Type: 6-Month Fixed TermLocation: Bury St. EdmundsSalary: CompetitiveJoin our client, a leader in driving the UK towards net zero, in a supportive environment that champions innovation and personal growth.We are seeking a Sales Ledger Assistant to contribute to our mission of earning customer loyalty and driving business growth through consistently excellent service.Day-to-day of the role:-Raise sales invoices and credit notes, ensuring all data is accurately entered into systems for up-to-date record keeping.-Ensure quotation details meet audit requirements prior to billing.-Liaise effectively with both customers and the sales team to facilitate seamless operations.-Respond promptly to customer invoice queries, maintaining high levels of customer service.-Perform additional duties as required by the Credit Control Manager to support the team’s objectives.Required Skills & Qualifications:-A-Level standard education.-Proven experience in a high volume and high invoice value environment.-Strong background in customer services.-Proficient in data entry with great attention to detail.-Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.Desirable:-Experience in a credit control or sales ledger role, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with AX2012 or D365 finance systems.Benefits:-Company pension contributions up to 10% if employees contribute 5%.-33 days holiday including bank holidays, with the option to purchase an additional 2 weeks.-Enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption pay.If you wish to find out more about this role, please reach out to me on:
