You'll be the backbone of our sales ledger, ensuring impeccable financial integrity and cash flow. Your key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end Sales Ledger management and daily reconciliation across PMS and Sage 200.
• Ensuring daily posting of receipts and? payments, meticulously resolving any unallocated items.
• Performing weekly and month-end bank reconciliations with high accuracy.
• Collaborating closely with internal Finance Teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain clean debtor balances.
• Importing and fully reconciling revenue files, ensuring data matches management accounts.
• Producing and distributing debtors reports, actively following up on outstanding invoices.
• Managing the client refunds mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate processing (preventing errors!).
• Adhering strictly to month-end closing timetables and supporting Purchase Ledger.
• Continuously identifying and resolving ledger discrepancies to keep records pristine.

• Proven, hands-on experience in a Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable role, ideally within a group structure.
• Degree educated or AAT Level 3/4 qualified.
• Strong practical experience with Sage 200 is essential; PMS experience is a significant plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across departments.
• Highly organised and capable of managing a busy workload to meet critical deadlines.
