I am currently looking to recruit a Sales Ledger / Accounts Administrator on a 5-6 month contract for my long estabkished and respected client based in Wigan. An immedite start, free parking, excellent hourly rate and a friendly team awaits....

  • Sales Ledger / Accounts Administrator - Monday to Friday 35 hours per week
  • £13.50 - £14.00 per hour PLUS holiday pay = £15.13 depending on experience
  • BASED in Ashton in Makerfield - WN4 POSTCODE
  • 9.00am to 5.00pm
  • Immediate start, Free parking
  • 5 months initially.

We are currently recruiting for someone who has experience of:

  • Recording daily cheques and posting to the sales ledger
  • Credit checking potential customers & opening of new accounts
  • Account reconciliation
  • Chasing of outstanding accounts by telephone & letter
  • Investigating and resolving queries
  • Raising of credit notes and manual invoices
  • Processing monthly debtor statement runs & reminder letter process
  • Processing the monthly Direct Debit run
  • Providing information as required for internal and external customers
  • Uploading information into our major customers portals

This role requires someone who lives locally to Wigan as its completely office based, and someone who can START ON MONDAY!
