Sales Executive – Fitness & Wellness Products

- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 base + quarterly commission structure
- Type: Full-time, Permanent
Join a leading provider of fitness equipment and accessories, part of a globally renowned brand experiencing an exciting phase of commercial expansion. My clients cater to a diverse clientele including elite sports clubs, rehab clinics, wellness centres, and home users.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and grow the sales territory in defined area
- Build and maintain relationships with both B2B and B2C clients, including key accounts.
- Promote and educate customers on our range of products.
- Attend quarterly customer visits and industry events to enhance product visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and training teams to support product awareness and use.
- Maintain a consultative sales approach—understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Contribute to the development of sales cycles and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Bring energy and initiative to every aspect of the role.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the fitness, wellness, or consumer products sector.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering lasting relationships.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn products in-depth and engage with knowledgeable clients.
- Comfortable with a mix of office and field-based work.
- Enthusiastic about contributing to a business experiencing transition and growth.
