Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
• Promote products and services effectively to meet individual and team sales targets
• Build rapport and maintain strong client relationships
• Accurately updating records and sending out client documents
• Participate in daily team huddles to review performance and celebrate successes

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a sales environment (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting
• Strong organisational and time management skills
