You need to know what a Sales Process is and be confident navigating your way around a computer. We need resilient closers for a demanding journey. If you can sell earning over £35K a year including commission should not be difficult. Want it 'warts an all'? Expect tough targets, unsociable hours mixture of 9am to 5pm and 11am to 7pm, fast-paced days, and the occasional white-knuckle week. Rejection will be frequent, hours can stretch, and success won’t come gift-wrapped. Rewards? We are looking for Direct Sales Experience, highly literate with IT skills and be well versed in a sales process. If you have experience of CAD this will push you to the front of the queue in selection. You will start as a Sales Designer then it's up to you to accelerate your success to a Senior Sales Designer.

Our market is to the domestic consumer so we work when our customers are available hence our working hours are a mixture of 9am to 5pm and 11am to 7pm. Monday to Friday with a morning off in the week. Saturday 10am to 2pm. No-one got rich working 9am to 5pm and we are certainly not looking for 9-5 people who are happy with minimum wage. We need a hunting mentality. I can tell you how to earn £50K a year and you'll be working with some of the best closers in the business.

We’re looking for confident closers with a passion for interiors, a knack for people, and the ability to sell with style over face-to-face Zoom calls. No cold calling, we have appointment setters for that, so you get pre-booked appointments with customers who actually want to talk to you. You must however be able to understand a sales process and be able to handle objections.

THE ROLE

• Position: Sales Designer – Office-Based
• Location: Mansfield, Nottingham
• Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Salary: £24,000 basic + uncapped commission (£40K–£50K realistic OTE — top earners make even more!)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Convert pre-booked appointments over Zoom (no awkward cold calls).
• Design gorgeous bedrooms with our CAD system (training provided but you need to keep up!).
• Ask great questions, uncover needs, and match customers with the perfect storage solution.
• Present layouts, interiors, and finishes like the design genius you’ll become.
• Follow our proven sales process to turn “I’ll think about it” into “Where do I sign?”

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years in direct sales (sorry, retail shop floor doesn’t count).
• A confident communicator who can inspire trust and action.
• Comfortable with tech — CRM systems, CAD, and general IT wizardry.
• Skilled in handling objections without breaking a sweat.
• Detail-oriented, upbeat, and allergic to missing targets.
• Hours are a mixture of 9am to 5pm and 11am to 7pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm with half a day back in the week.

THE SCHEDULE
