We’re looking for motivated, high-performing sales executives or recruiters to join our Onboarding Team.

You’ll work with potential clients who are already interested in our service. Your mission? Turn interest into action by building strong connections, understanding client needs, and helping them get started with us.

What You’ll Do

• Make a lasting first impression on potential clients.
• Consult, listen and build rapport to understand their need.
• Exceed sales, revenue, and activity targets.
• Deliver a no-pressure, high-impact sales experience.
• Provide exceptional service throughout the sales journey.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, with consistent success in hitting or exceeding sales/revenue targets.
• A natural relationship builder who listens and connects with ease.
• Resilience, tenacity, and a strong results-driven mindset.
• Happy to work flexible shift patterns, including hours such as 10am–6pm, 12pm–8pm, and 3pm–11pm. (Monday to Friday only).

The Details:

• Starting salary £25,000 - £27,000 + Commission.
• Entertainment Allowance worth £99 per year.
