Inside Sales Executive Opportunity, Chester office based role
We’re recruiting on behalf of a culture focused innovating company within the medical technology sector, seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join their growing Chester office.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing strong relationships with existing business customers while identifying and converting new opportunities. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, providing excellent service, and working closely with internal teams to meet ambitious growth targets.
About the Role
- Title: Inside Sales Executive
- Role: Permanent, Full time
- Location: Chester, office based
- Salary: up to £28,000 per annum plus bonus

Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and grow relationships with existing business accounts, ensuring high levels of service and retention.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities across multiple channels to support business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline customer interactions and deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor account activity and sales trends, taking action to maximise revenue potential.
- Consistently work towards set sales targets and KPIs while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven track record in B2B sales and account management
- Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships
- Confidence in explaining product information and working with technical solutions
- A results-driven mindset, comfortable working to KPIs and targets
- CRM knowledge and case management experience desirable
