They are seeking a Sales Executive to drive new member acquisition and contribute to overall membership growth by converting leads, promoting services, and delivering exceptional customer engagement.
Salary: £30,000 per annum, with bonus (up to 20% salary – based on targets set)
Hybrid working: 2 days from home a week
Key Responsibilities:
- Close Deals: Convert warm leads with professionalism and integrity.
- Hit Targets: Meet and exceed sales KPIs and departmental goals.
- Engage Prospects: Build strong relationships with independent food & drink businesses.
- Advise & Support: Offer expert guidance on client products, services, and partnerships.
- Promote: Champion the brand and stay ahead of industry trends.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate records of leads and member data.
- Problem Solve: Resolve queries quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate: Be a proactive part of a high-performing sales team.
- Initiate and lead engagement with independent food and drink providers through various methods to identify potential sales opportunities for new membership growth.
- Provide proactive advice and support on the full range of products, services and partnership opportunities provided by identifying potential solutions for both new and existing members.
- Be the conduit for building a strong relationship between the client and prospective members. Communicating with customers/members to understand their needs and identifying sales opportunities
