We are seeking a self-motivated Sales Executive Trainee to join our successful and growing business. This role is ideal for a confident individual with customer-facing experience, eager to introduce our brand and products across various industries. You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities and managing existing accounts, focusing on the installation, sales, service, hire, and maintenance of two-way radio equipment and associated products.

• Build relationships over the phone and increase company revenue by actively seeking new sales and business opportunities.
• Develop an understanding of clients' immediate and long-term needs and propose tailored, cost-effective solutions.
• Provide customer support over the telephone and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
• Manage active customer accounts and upsell equipment upgrades and annual maintenance visits.
• Research and source new leads, liaise and negotiate with suppliers, and attend networking events as required.
• Encourage referrals and manage project coordination with the manager for system installations.
• Achieve monthly and annual turnover and profit targets post-training.
• Meet weekly prospect call targets.

• Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality.
• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed and resilient enough to cope with rejection.
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Confident in using Microsoft Office packages.
• Previous customer-facing experience is highly desirable.
