We are looking for a confident, competitive, and career-driven individual to join our fast-paced sales team in the fuel distribution industry. This is an office-based role managing B2B customer accounts through a combination of inbound and outbound telephone sales.
Whether you're an experienced sales professional or new to sales but eager to learn, we offer full training, bonus support, and a clear pathway for long-term career development.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of B2B fuel accounts
Make a minimum of 55 outbound sales calls per day
Prepare and present competitive fuel quotes to win new business
Process orders and manage deliveries via our internal CRM
Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships
Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Sales or customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, recruitment, call centre, etc.)
Confidence and clarity in phone-based communication
Experience working to KPIs or performance targets
Competitive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Strong IT and CRM system skills (preferred)
