An established and highly successful five-star house builder is looking for an enthusiastic and successful new home Sales Adviser to join their team in Wilmslow. Working hours are Thursday to Monday, and the position offers a competitive salary and bonus.
The RoleSales Negotiation of New Homes from both initial plans, to show homesLiaising with mortgage advisors, solicitors and other external contactsCreating marketing and promotional material to help salesKeeping up to date with competitors prices and dealsDealing with any customer queries up until the sale has completedLiaising with the Site ManagerReporting to Sales Manager with weekly updates on salesRecording all offers through to completionMaintaining customer records, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate
The Person Applicants must have previous experience working within the new build industry and working to targets, it is essential that they have managed a new build development. The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated and will have excellent sales and communication skills, they need to be a professional individual who has a proactive and driven approach.
RemunerationUp to £27,000 per annum dependent upon experience + commission
