- Follow up on engineer recommendations and manage the sales process for works up to £30,000.
- Negotiate directly with customers to close sales and secure bookings.
- Maintain and track pipeline data and forecast sales activity using Excel and CRM systems.
- Liaise with engineers and internal teams to align opportunities with capacity.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets and maintain admin accuracy.
- Report on ‘on hold’ jobs and support payment/material follow-ups.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Proven success in sales within technical, trades, recruitment or property sectors.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and sales reporting skills.
- Highly organised, customer-focused and results-oriented.
- Confident in CRM platforms and Excel reporting.
