Product Sales Executive
Annual Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Colchester (with significant travel to meet prospects, customers, and partners)

Reed in Colchester are delighted to be supporting our client seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join their sales and marketing team. This role is crucial for building and managing relationships with direct customers and distributors to drive revenue and growth.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Build and manage relationships with direct customers and distributors.
- Qualify and identify customer needs, present product features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales terms and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify, qualify, onboard, and manage key partners, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with our goals.
- Provide partners with the necessary resources and training to effectively sell products on our behalf.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product sales.
- Experience in qualifying and prospecting for new clients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and written skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers, listen to their needs, and effectively communicate product information.
- Nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Demonstrate product features and explain benefits.
- Solid understanding of the sales cycle and sales techniques; ability to close deals, negotiate, and handle objections.
- Effective time management skills; ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Graduate degree preferred.
