Call Centre - Inbound Sales Executive
Manchester (Salford Quays M50 3SP)
Immediate start available: 21st July 2025
No holidays within the first 12 weeks
£25,200 basic salary + £500 paid on passing probation.
OTE - £31,500 with top performers earning over £35K
Permanent Contract - Full Time 37.5 Hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Hybrid home and office working options available once signed off - This is not a full time remote working position.

What you'll be doing
As an Call Centre - Inbound Sales Executive, working out of our state-of-the-art Salford Quays offices, you’ll take calls from people who are thinking of joining Bupa, and help them to choose the best healthcare cover for them.
That means you’ll be the ears and voice of Bupa, a font of all knowledge, and a proud advocate too. As well as talking about our products, you’ll explain the benefits of good health and wellbeing, and you’ll have the confidence to upsell.
After two years in our Customer Service Centre, you can move into other areas of our business, if you have a willingness to learn and grow.
