With growing demand and exciting expansion plans, we’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to help us unlock new business and grow key accounts across Heathrow and the surrounding areas.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Winning new clients - through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals

  • Building long-term relationships - developing trust with freight forwarders and partners

  • Managing your pipeline - using CRM tools to track progress and close deals

  • Being on the move - spending 3 days a week meeting clients, attending events, and developing opportunities

  • Staying sharp - keeping up to date with industry trends and competitors

  • Representing the UCH brand - confidently at client meetings, expos, and networking events

What You’ll Need

  • B2B sales experience (1-2+ years preferred)

  • Airfreight or freight forwarding industry knowledge is essential

  • A consultative, confident approach to sales

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • CRM experience (Salesforce is a plus)

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Heathrow area
