• Proactively engage with prospects via calls, emails, and digital channels• Qualify and nurture leads to drive sales opportunities• Manage and optimise our CRM system (Salesforce/Marketing Cloud)• Organise and host webinars, ensuring lead follow-up• Implement targeted lead-nurturing campaigns
