Customer Account Manager, New Milton, £30,000

Rubicon’s Client manufacture various metal parts and offer tailor made solutions to clients across a variety of industries. The business has been in operation for over 75 years and due to recent expansion, this new role presents an opportunity for the right candidate to grow and evolve within the company.

As Customer Account Manager, you’ll also benefit from:

• Commission in addition to basic salary
• Monday-Friday working (37.5 hour week)
• Annual performance-related bonus

As Customer Account Manager, you’ll be:

• Building customer relationships and managing key accounts
• Visiting and maintaining contact with clients to understand requirements
• Managing the order process from production to delivery
• Liaising with relevant teams to keep customers informed on delivery status

As Customer Account Manager, you’ll have:

• Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing/production processes
• An attentive personality with acute attention to detail
• A confident, personable demeanour for communicating with clients
• Experience in a sales/customer service role
