Sales Executive

• Salary: £35000 per annum + Commission

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to manage our sales pipeline, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and driving business growth. This role involves a blend of field and administrative work, including site visits, sales presentations, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will be adept at assessing customer needs, negotiating, and closing deals, as well as providing valuable feedback for service and product improvements.

Day to Day of the Role:

• Manage the creation of the sales pipeline, including client needs analysis, presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• B2B and B2C Sales to develop key accounts.
• Conduct site visits for new customers to assess requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Aftersales Care
• Maintain meticulous sales records and promptly follow up on customer inquiries and complaints.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and exploring opportunities for new orders, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing department heads to compile monthly reports and contribute to marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Work alongside the operations team across various sites to gain a comprehensive understanding of our service offerings
• Stay informed about new services and product offerings in the market to advise customers effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience in Janitorial Sales
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
• Ability to work both in the field, onsite and perform administrative duties.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain accurate sales records.
• Team player with the ability to also work independently.
• Innovative thinker with a knack for providing sales improvement suggestions.
