• 2 years or more experience within a Sales role, ideally within the Automotive sector
• Excellent Negotiation skills
• Proven record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
• Have a full UK Driving Licence
• Highly customer service driven with outstanding face to face communication and influencing skills
• Able to build rapport quickly
• Keen desire to progress and succeed

• Basic Salary £21,000 - £52,540 OTE (uncapped)

  Day to day:

• Sale of new and used vehicles
• Meeting clients virtually and face to face
• Conducting test drives
• Ensure maximum profitability
• Maintain excellent levels of customer service and experience
• Establishing new business
