Sales Executive - Citrus Recruit : Job Details

Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a Sales Executive for a successful Birmingham based company that are within the education sector.  For this position you will excel at customer service and closing sales. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use the training provided to understand the customer's requirements and identify the right sales opportunity, leading to closing the sales.   All leads are warm, which means the opportunity to earn commission and be a subject matter expert within the role is a lot quicker to achieve than normal.  Two-week rota:Week 1 – 9-5.30pmWeek 2 - 10.30-7pmAd Hoc Saturday’s over the year  Responsibilities & day to day dutiesAs a Sales Executive you will be responsible for:

• Making outbound calls to warm leads who have enquired about the product.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Building rapport with potential customers to understand their needs.
• Ensure good product knowledge to be able to talk customers through their options.

Skills & experience required.

• 12 months experience in a phone-based sales or customer service role.
• Experience working towards team and individual targets.
• Confident in building rapport with a variety of people.

Benefits

• Salary of up to £24,000
• Uncapped commission, Average OTE in year 1 30-35k
• 23 days + BH
