Sales ExectuvieNorthamptonMonday – Friday 9am – 5pm£23,000 - £25,000 DOE + CommissionWe are looking for a sales focused individual with a great communication skills to join a reputable brand in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to really make a difference and build a career in the world of people and client engagement. Due to the nature of the company, there are some requirements to work events at the weekends, however time will be given back on these days. Key Duties:

• Development of sales strategy to create sales opportunities
• Develop a strategy to target mainly local but also national business to promote the business and as you develop the commercial opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, advertising, hospitality and meeting space sale.
• Generate leads, develop relationships and achieve meetings with key decision makers,
• Sales activity across telephone calls, emails, personal visits, networking events, LinkedIn and social media platforms
• Present opportunities to decision makers and develop tailored presentations and material.
• Retain existing clients and customers.
• Achieve call targets and meeting targets to build a personal pipeline
• Convert opportunities to sales with the view to exceed monthly and seasonal targets
• Provide outstanding customer service and experiences for partners, sponsors and clients on event days.
• Assist in the sales, planning and delivery of other commercial events  
• Use and keep up to date the CRM system

The Ideal Candidate:

• The role requires the need to attend and sponsor on events and meetings, so a valid UK licence is required
• Fantastic people and communication skills
• Good sales acumen, and an understanding of the sales lifecycle
• A sporting interest would be desirable
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Organisation and time management
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
